Q: How do I book a cleaner?
A: You can book a cleaner by calling or emailing the office. A member of the team will contact you to discuss your requirements and prices. If you require an initial meeting before the first cleaning visit a signed Service Agreement must be returned to We Can Clean It prior to the visit.
Q: Are your staff trained and insured?
A: All the team are insured and trained to clean your property with care.
Q: What cleaning products does your business use?
A: All our cleaning products are produced in the UK and are environmentally friendly. For domestic cleans our team are trained to use natural products to clean your home. For example, Vinegar is used to clean glass. All the packaging we use is reused and is biodegradable. These products are safe to you, our staff and the environment. To reduce our team's carbon footprint we use suppliers in the Sheffield area. The team also encourages staff to travel to customers using public transport or on foot.
Q: What if I am not happy about the service provided?
A: Each cleaner will bring a cleaning checklist with them to their appointment, which the customer has agreed to prior to the clean. Once all tasks are completed they will leave a copy of the list so the customer can see what has been done. If this is not satisfactory then we would like to know immediately so we can identify areas for improvement.
Q: How do I pay for a cleaner?
A: After each clean you will be invoiced by the cleaner attending. You can pay by cheque or cash and payment must be given to the cleaner after the clean. A: We are competitive in price and offer a service that only uses environmentally friendly cleaning products. These are products that will not harm you or your home or the environment. We also offer cleaning tips such as using natural products to remove kitchen odours.
